Description:
We're producing a full-day event in Tempe on Thursday, September 10 and need one experienced videographer to work alongside our production team from 10am to 8pm, with a one-hour break.
What you'll be shooting:
Moderated panel conversations and a keynote-style talk (multiple sessions across the day, indoor gallery and auditorium settings)
Talking-head interviews with attendees and participants
B-roll of the venue, artwork on display, and general atmosphere
Networking, lounge, and evening reception coverage
Candid crowd and audience moments
No editing required. You deliver raw footage at the end of the day. We handle post.
Who we're looking for:
Professional videographer with real event experience: conferences, panels, galas, brand activations, or similar corporate/cultural events
Comfortable shooting run-and-gun in changing light (gallery, concert hall, evening reception)
Able to capture clean audio on interviews (lav or shotgun setup)
Reliable, punctual, and good with people. You'll be interacting with speakers, guests, and our team all day.
Own a full professional kit: camera body, lenses, audio, lighting, gimbal or stabilizer, extra batteries and media
