Yes it is free. The unit turns on and produces sound but after a short time there are some clikcing noises. Sounds like a loose connection inside? It looks like the woofer is in good condition. Maybe you can repair the amplifier or use with an external amplifier? The house dust is no extra charge! It is located in Tempe, AZ around Mill and Southern.
