Rancho California Auto Collision is looking for an experienced Automotive Paint Prepper / Painter's Assistant to join our team.
We are an established, family-owned collision repair shop seeking a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and has experience working in a professional auto body paint department.
Responsibilities:
Assist painter with vehicle preparation and painting processes
Sanding, masking, taping, and prepping vehicles for paint
Assist with primer application and surface preparation
Maintain a clean and organized paint department
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements:
Previous auto body paint prep experience REQUIRED
Knowledge of sanding, masking, and paint preparation techniques
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
