I've got 50 extra solar panels from a project, got no need for them. $20 each.
MFG date 2009. All tested and fully functional. These are from a grid connected system.

36.6 V open circuit
7.66 A rated current
600 V maximum system voltage

some of em have the connectors cut, $5 bucks off for those ones.
Price negotiable for bulk purchase too.

The panels are approx. 3'x6' & 45 lbs each.
