My grandmother passed, she bought this brand new but I don't think she used it much as she was not very mobile. What you see is what you get because they no longer make G3 or parts. But it does hold a charge. I work with medical supplies so I was able to test and sanitize it properly. Only thing wrong is that the carrying bag is sunfaded. Works as it should. I can instruct how to use it properly. $800
