I've got a 1995 Johnson 9.9hp boat motor rope and electric Start 20in shaft runs great. I replaced it with a jet ski motor in my Jon boat. Will start it so you can hear it. Before you buy. Does not have Hood crowl lost at lake. Does not come with shift cables or key switch wires. Does have the plug.
