Looking for an experienced tile professional for a residential project Teaneck, NJ. The project is ready to be reviewed, and I have the tile (3x6 subway tile). I have 12x12 tile for floors. both bathroom floors are 5x6.

Quality workmanship and proper preparation are important. The installer should be experienced with layout, level installation, clean cuts, consistent spacing, grouting and waterproofing where required.

When responding, please answer the following questions when replying to this ad:

• How many years of tile-installation experience do you have?
• Attach some photos of recent shower/bath tile work.
• Do you have NJ home-improvement registration number?
• Do you have active liability and Workers Comp insurance?
• Will you work on this tile project exclusively until complete?
• Are you able to accept AMEX or MC?

I am looking for a tile specialist rather than a general handyman. The project can be inspected before providing a written itemized estimate. Fair pay based on the scope and quality of workmanship, with a reasonable payment schedule agreed upon in advance.
