Hi neighbors a vicious car jacking happened to my best friend the other night around 82nd and Powell. She was bear maced and had her van/home and everything she owned in it taken from her by Val Clark (who i have a picture of in this post) and her boyfriend who goes by the name of smoke. Who is a 5'8 black male with long hair and a baby face with dimples when he smiles. Please if anyone sees them or this van (Tan Honda odyssey plate number 7190AA please either let me know the location and/or Multnomah county sheriff please share this information with anyone you know please she did nothing to deserve this
