Successful and well-established contract manufacturer looking for a Swiss-Type CNC Operator to join our team - will train the right candidate!
The role involves working in a close-tolerance/high-production 3 to 8-Axis CNC Swiss-Type machining environment, including the regular use of hand measuring tools, such as micrometers and digital indicators, as well as high precision automated measuring tools. We are willing to train a candidate with prior conventional machine operator experience, or a candidate with strong basic mechanical aptitude and desire to learn Swiss-Type technology.
This position requires the ability to perform and document in-process quality inspection, therefore candidate should be computer-literate and be capable of consistently following established procedure when completing documentation related to production output. Position requirements:
*Ability to read and interpret blueprints
*Ability to prioritize tasks based on production needs/schedule
*Adherence to standard operating procedures and process flows
*Record and document data for production and quality requirements
*Ability to use precision measuring tools/instruments
*Knowledge of Microsoft office suite a plus
