This unfurnished unit is good for people with animals who are quiet. Pet OK and has a fenced dog run. Walking distance to Sunnyside Hospital! The rent starts at $1450.00 (for 1 person) plus Utilities are $300.00 (additional) per month and include water, sewer, trash, electricity, gas, and WIFI. Higher for more people. This price is for a lease that ends 1 year later. Higher for a shorter lease.
Each pet fee is $400.00 (this is a one time non refundable, non transferable). Your pet must be quiet and clean. No vaping or smoking and no partying on the property. Available for someone ready to rent it now. We will not hold it. We are only looking for quiet people.
Credit check ($50.00) for each adult. A current paycheck stub must be shown from a business in the valley. You must be able to show that you make 3 times the rent and have good credit/rental history. The Security Deposit is $1,500.00. The carpet cleaning fee is $200.00. The fee for the mowing of the grass ($50.00 per month which is added to the rent yearlong). This unit doesn't include the lower level unit (separate rental) or the garage. If you need this unit furnished, the rent would be $300 more per month (for 1 person).
