Ceiling fan doesn't work, someone who's handy could probably fix it, I'm just not handy
I bought this from a guy who converted it in his garage, he never fully completed the walls/ceiling and one of the drawer covers falls off sometimes (this could be solved with a few screws and electric drill, but again, I'm not really handy)
I've been really happy with the functionality of everything else he did, though. Electricity has never failed me, sink has never failed me
