PLUMBER NEEDED – ONGOING FACILITY WORK – COMPETITIVE PAY
We are looking for an experienced and dependable plumber for ongoing work at a commercial facility. We need someone we can call regularly for day-to-day plumbing needs, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and new installations.
This is a good opportunity for a plumber looking for consistent ongoing work with a facility that needs someone reliable, responsive, and capable of handling a wide range of jobs.
Work may include:
General plumbing repairs and maintenance
Water supply lines
Drain and waste lines
Clogged drains and troubleshooting
Leaks and emergency repairs
Pumps, valves, regulators, and fittings
Sinks, faucets, toilets, and fixtures
PVC, copper, PEX, and similar plumbing
Installing or modifying existing plumbing
Running new water/drain lines
Diagnosing water pressure and flow issues
Preventative maintenance
General facility plumbing projects as they come up
We are looking for someone who is well-rounded and can figure things out, not someone limited to one type of plumbing job.
What we're looking for: Professional, dependable, experienced, good communication, own tools and transportation, able to respond within a reasonable timeframe, and willing to offer competitive/fair rates for ongoing work. Proper licensing/insurance should be provided where required for the work being performed.
This is not a one-time job. We want to establish a relationship with a plumber we can continue using as our go-to person for the facility.
