We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Scale House Attendant to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound Trucks, ensuring smooth operations at the scale house. Your energetic approach will help maintain efficient traffic flow, verify content details, and uphold safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced Waste Transfer Station environment where your attention to detail and bilingual communication skills will make a real difference.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist drivers, verifying material and ensuring compliance with company policies in both English and Spanish
Operate scale equipment to weigh trucks accurately and record data using company software.
Manage inbound and outbound truck flow.
Communicate with the employees in the yard to get all information needed to properly assist customers.
Organize and maintain clean scale house office and surrounding area.
Skills

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse drivers and team members
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with drivers, staff, and management.
Flexible and self motivated.
Basic Math skills
Computer Knowledge
