Hi we are 3 women in a 4 bd house in Sun Valley looking for another roommate. Just a heads up this isn’t a quiet house by any means it’s ALOT of noise throughout the day and banging because we do projects inside and outside of house in the back. You’ll have to be ok with the noise level. Nothing we can do to change that we don’t work and spend most of day at home. One months rent and $350 deposit. Willing to work with you on deposit if you don’t have it but the background check fee is a must. Thanks!
We also have a lot of visitors. Also, the bathroom doesn’t have a door. We are working to fix that you would just be sharing with one person on that side of house there is a curtain there but no lock or anything like that. Sorry thats just the situation right now. Also we have cats and dogs they aren’t friendly but not hostile either but our dogs bark ALOT.
For the madness in house thats why im offering a discounted rent price of $725 and $350 deposit. Male or female tenant doesn’t matter to us nor does employment status just pay your rent on time.
