COST OF LIVING
$150 weekly rent includes ALL utilities (electric, water, trash). No ethernet connectivity for cable and internet however most devices these days have wireless connectivity. Due at move-in: security deposit equal to one week's rent ($150 - may waive) and first week’s rent ($150) so total would be $300. Rent is paid on a weekly basis. Although there is no formal lease per se there is a contingency document to sign and date as well as the understanding that the duration will be based on week-to-week tenancy however not necessarily looking for a tenant with intent to stay for less than 3 months.
ROOM
Home's garage converted into two studio-sized private rooms (other side likely to not be rented to another tenant in the future so tenant could rent other side as well at a lesser rent to-be-determined with space used for storage therefore please include in response whether or not may be interested in other side as well) with private entrance(s) and private (shared however unlikely unless rented to a second tenant) small bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet). There is also a small refrigerator, microwave, partially furnished if needed (twin bed, dresser and/or can accommodate tenant's basic furnishings), and area to hang clothes with small storage area above. Off-street parking.
LOCATION/AMENITIES
Maitland near the intersection of 17-92 and Lake Ave. Walking distance to bus line, lakes/parks, restaurants, shopping plaza, library and entertainment. Three laundromat facilities within 2 miles. Minutes from I-4. Approximately 10 minutes from downtown Orlando. Very quiet surroundings.
IDEAL TENANT
Male (however female may be considered), quiet, clean, and respectful, no drama, non-smoking, no drugs, no children, and no pets (possible cat). Room is very basic and very simple and therefore best suited for somebody that is busy, always on-the-go, or ideally travels out of town for work during the week. Prior tenants rented for 3++ years. Tenant selected may be subject to background check.
OWNER
Lives in the home, no children, no pets, and is very respectful of tenant space and privacy.
