My parents are coming from Italy and will be staying in Southern California until November 12. We’re looking for a studio, ADU, guest house, or small private unit for their stay.
Ideally, we would love to find a place where my father could help with gardening or yard maintenance in exchange for accommodation.
My father has 30+ years of experience in gardening and property maintenance, including over 15 years as a private gardener for Anthony Ruys, former President of Heineken, at his villa in Tuscany, Italy.
He has extensive experience with garden maintenance, pruning, planting, landscaping, cleanup, and general property upkeep.
If a housing-for-garden-care arrangement isn’t possible, give us a reasonable monthly rent for the stay.
