The person you will be sharing the studio with is in his 20s, has a full-time job, studies, and enjoys healthy hobbies in his spare time.
Ideal candidate: someone who enjoys a peaceful home, who is open-minded (gay-friendly), cleans after himself, and it’s okay with sharing the bathroom, kitchen and the overall space with another male. Must have a stable full-time job, no drugs, no smoking, no pets, and no guests allowed. Best for someone who is going to college. The place is off the 91 freeway. Close to Atlantic Ave and E Artesia blvd in Long Beach.
The costs is split into the two. You will be added to the lease agreement through the office tenant process, so have a good credit to get accepted. Also, a background check will be done.
