Description: This specific example has an excellent early gloss dial with creamy tritium plots that are surrounded by the first appearance of white gold surrounds. This dial introduced the modern Submariner dial which still uses a black gloss dial with white gold surrounds. The insert is a mk4 that has faded from black to a ghosty blueish hue. The hangtag with original serial number to be included with this sale.
