A well-established property management company in the San Fernando Valley is seeking an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Full-Time Maintenance Technician / Handyman to maintain and repair residential apartment buildings.
Location:
All properties are conveniently located in North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, and Van Nuys, approximately 5–15 minutes from our office.
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
40 hours per week
Required Skills & Experience:
Plumbing experience is REQUIRED.
Must have experience with painting and drywall repairs.
General handyman and apartment maintenance experience.
Ability to troubleshoot and complete common residential repairs.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and complete assigned work orders.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Additional Requirements:
Must have your own truck and tools.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to travel between nearby properties as needed.
