Salary Range: $88,000-$98,000 + Commission
Commission Opportunity: Up to $33,000+ annually. Note: there is no commission cap, and higher earnings are possible based on performance! 3-Month Guaranteed Commission During Ramp-Up Period (Total annual expected compensation, with unlimited commission potential: $121,000–$131,000+)



About the Role
We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Maintenance & Construction Project Supervisor to lead daily field operations, support technicians, coordinate vendors, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. This role blends leadership, project management, client communication, and hands‑on problem solving — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys helping a team succeed.

This position offers strong earning potential: approximately 75% of compensation comes from base salary, and 25% from commission tied to gross profit. To set you up for success, we guarantee the expected commission for your first 3 months. Beginning in month 4, commission is paid based on actual portfolio performance.

Important Commuting Requirements: This role requires extensive daily travel across the greater Los Angeles region. Candidates must be fully comfortable using their own reliable vehicle for work‑related travel. You must have a valid CA Driver’s License, personal auto insurance. Mileage reimbursement at applicable current IRS standard mileage rate. 

What You’ll Do
Review incoming work orders and dispatch technicians/vendors
Follow up on assigned work to ensure timely and accurate completion
Close work orders once all required steps are completed
Order materials and manage procurement
Monitor project budgets and financial constraints
Review vacancy invoices and payment breakdowns
Supervise and schedule foremen and maintenance technicians
Coach staff, conduct evaluations, and implement corrective action
Approve payroll for direct reports
Implement quality control measures
Communicate with clients, tenants, and colleagues via text, phone, and email
Maintain daily tracking systems (work schedules, vacancy logs, project trackers)
Troubleshoot issues as they arise
Use AppFolio, QuickBooks, and QB Time for documentation and tracking
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Experience & Requirements
4+ years of hands‑on experience in maintenance or construction project management
3+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 10+
Strong computer and software proficiency
Fluent in English and Spanish
Property management experience preferred
Must pass background, drug test, and driving record check
Must provide 3 professional references
