A licensed provider supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Northern Virginia, is hiring Direct Support Professionals for our residential group homes and our group day program

Open positions:
Residential DSP — group home settings (day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available)
Day Program DSP — Weekdays 7:30am- 4pm
What you'll do:
Provide daily support with personal care, meals, medication assistance, and household routines
Support individuals in community activities, appointments, and skill-building
Encourage independence and help people meet their personal goals
Keep accurate daily documentation
Follow each person's plan of support and health/safety protocols
What we're looking for:
18 or older, with a high school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (transporting individuals is part of the job)
Ability to pass a background check and required state screenings
Reliable, on time, and a good team player
Prior experience with IDD, DSP, caregiving, CNA, or med tech work is a plus — but we train the right people
