Celebrate New Year’s Week at the Tahoe Ridge and Heavenly – Choice of Plaza or Terrace Buildings!!!

This is your opportunity to ring in 2026 in Lake Tahoe and ski Heavenly! The resort is the Tahoe Ridge Resort - Holiday Inn Club Vacations (formerly the Ridge Tahoe). We are renting out our two-bedroom condo that the resort rents out for more than $5,700 for the week at their “Best Flexible Rate” (just checked prices before I posted this ad), when they are available! You can rent the suite for about 40% of the resort price!

This beautiful, five-star resort has it all! It is nestled high in the mountains adjacent to the Nevada chairlifts of Heavenly Ski Resort…a private gondola connects to the Heavenly Ski Resort’s Stagecoach Lodge area. In addition, the resort provides activities for both adults and children and has a full-service spa, fitness center, indoor tennis, racquetball courts, complimentary movie theatre, and a slew of other activities. Plus, the Tahoe Ridge is only five miles from Lake Tahoe’s South Shore Casinos. Here are the details for your week:

New Year’s Week: The week that you will be renting is from Sunday, December 27, 2026 through Sunday, January 3, 2027. I currently have two suites available – one in the Plaza building and one in the Terrace building. Both suites are 2-bedroom units. In each of the suites are two bedrooms and two baths, sleeping up to six adults (a king size bed in each bedroom and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room). Each suite has three televisions and a gas fireplace. Each suite also contains a full kitchen (conventional and microwave oven, range cook-top, small appliances) stocked with dining ware and cookware. It is over 1,000 square feet. See the pictures for the Terrace and Plaza floorplans. The room is currently reserved as a non-smoking room.
