Standardized Patient work is irregular and very part-time. Opportunities fluctuate throughout the academic year. You don’t need to be an actor, but experience or interest in teaching or coaching is helpful. SPs are needed during regular business hours at the Stanford campus, Monday through Friday. We do not offer evening/weekend or remote-only shifts. Stanford SPs must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. SPs are hired as temporary employees of Stanford University and are required to pass a background check. The current pay rate for SP work ranges from $33 to $40 per hour.
