Looking stand-alone house in Santa Fe area
I would like the following features:
at least 900 sq. ft.
attached garage
kitchen with ample counter space
refrigerator with at least 1500 cubic inch food space (not counting freezer)
no carpets
hose bib in back
no grounds maintenance required
good cell phone reception inside house
I'm retired, and looking for a place for long-term occupancy
I've been in my present place in Santa Fe for 10 years, but the landlord retired, and decided to sell the property.
