I'm looking for a new place in a rough triangle between Thousand Oaks, Pasadena and Manhattan Beach.
I outlined the area in the photos posted with this ad.
I'm an ambitious guy with an MBA, and the companies I aspire to work for are all further east.
I need a minimum of 800 square feet. A small house is my first choice, but I will consider other unit types.
My current annual income is about 95K, which I can verify with bank statements.
I always pay my rent on time, my renting history is over a decade long with strong references, no bankruptcies, no collections, no evictions or unlawful detainers, and my credit score is usually in the mid-low 600's.
I can also volunteer that I don't smoke, I don't have parties, I don't have pets, I don't have children, and the only modification I typically request is the ability to mount my TV.
