I’m looking for a quiet and clean female to share spacious and bright top floor apartment with. Room fits a king or queen size bed, build in wardrobe closet and private bathroom all on one side of the apartment. It’s a comfortable space, quiet and new neighbourhood, and close to the trails. Coho and Alice Lake.
We would be sharing a kitchen and bright living room with mountain views and balcony + rooftop patio. Gas fire place ( hydro bills are low). Shared washer and dryer.
There are 2 storage lockers for bikes and skies etc.
No dogs or cats.
