Looking for someone who can use pads, blocks, posts, girders & shims to support some joists sagging in the back corner of a crawl space. Another joist may need sistering. I had some work done a couple years ago, but it wasn't quite long enough & he didn't put in pads. Like all crawl spaces, the access & height is small, but it is clear of debris. A Springfield Business license would be helpful.

That is my priority but I also have a roof with only one old layer of 3 tab shingles & I’d like to put a 2nd layer on top of it. It’s quite steeply sloped.

I'd like a bid on those two jobs, but I also need some misc hourly work done; removing old gas pipe, maybe replacing weak porch stairs, replace a bath faucet, maybe cover a sloped back porch ceiling so it looks civilized.

I would like before & after pictures of the work, with a list of required materials & exactly how you plan the repair. I pay labor when the job is finished, so local references will save time for both of us.
