CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Springfield, MO to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, youre free to work with other companies at the same time, and youre responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.
Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections youve accepted
A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections
Delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication

Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis
Time estimates: 3-4 working day(s) per week / 14 days per month
Availability: Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations you decide which days and how many you take on.
