This is in pretty good condition and spent some time cleaning the top then properly oiled it with good oil. I'm including the tank unless unwanted and all controls work fine. As in the other grill I have up for sale it is just me and my dogs and I really don't have the large family for a grill this size fall grilling season is here so is football. Only so many pancakes and sausage we can eat, I'm selling house and moving soon and just not feasable to take and pack it. It should be good for at least a couple years of use and the frame is as sturdy as when new with rollers working well. Just want it to go to a good home and used to entertain. Pretty close to firm please no real low ballers and real folks only no movers MO stories
