I have a little scooter and out of work but I can get pretty much anywhere in Massachusetts for three dollars a gallon.
That being said, I’m open to clearing out houses that someone else acquired and needs to clean to flip.
I’ve done clean outs on properties.
I’ve done yard cleanups after Bank repossessions.
I can be left alone with a list of tasks and tools and get them done. 
If you’ve purchased a home that has been abandoned or maybe you’ve inherited a home filled with things that you want cleared out. I’m your guy.
As long as there’s tools in a dumpster, I’ll deal with it.
