Here is a 79 Ford Toploader 3 speed with overdrive transmission in nice used condition. This has the same 10 spline input and 28 spline output as the Iron 3 and 4 speed toploaders. This has the same mounting flange as the older Ford toploaders. This came out of a 79 Monarch but they were also popular in 79-83 Granadas, fairmonts, Mustangs and Capri's.

Ger ratios as follows: 1st, 3.29, 2nd 1.81, 3rd., 1.00, Overdrive .81 This would work well witha 2.70 to 3.31 rear gear ratio. Inspection of the gearset shows very little wear, nice pattern and engagement teeth look great. It is synchromesh in all forward gears. Boot, Knob and good rear yoke included.
