Keywood is a custom architectural millwork and cabinetry company based in Springfield, VA, looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
[ Shop Positions ]
Cabinet Maker (Experienced)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in custom cabinet making and installation
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
Work independently on shop and field installations
Experience with architectural millwork a plus
Cabinet Maker Helper / Junior Cabinet Maker
Some woodworking or shop experience preferred but not required
Assist lead cabinet makers in shop production and job site installation
Eager to learn and grow within the trade
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
[ Office Position ]
Project & Estimating Assistant
Assist project managers and estimators with day-to-day project coordination
Help prepare and organize bid packages, proposals, and submittal documents
Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and blueprints required
Familiarity with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or AutoCAD a plus
No millwork experience necessary — we will train the right candidate
English required
