Good condition, no noticable holes or stains, pet-free, both recliners work well, comfy and not too heavy, the back part and feet both recline. Recliners are not electric, they have a handle on the inside next to the armest to extend. I bought this used on here and I've had it for about a year. Selling due to a move. Can't deliver, but I can help you load it into your vehicle.
