Leaf & Broom is a small, women-owned residential cleaning business in Spokane looking for reliable independent contractors to join our team.
The basics:
$20/hr, paid every Friday for that week's work
Set your own schedule, 2 to 6 hours per job
Work independently, no manager on-site
All contractors are covered under our business insurance
What you'll need:
Washington State requires contractors to provide their own cleaning supplies. If you already clean your own home you likely have everything you need. We can walk you through specifics during onboarding.
What we're looking for:
Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working solo in clients' homes. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required. All candidates undergo a background check as part of our hiring process.
