The apartment is in an old dormitory building (for the local university) that has recently been renovated. It takes up about half the building and we are using the other half as a storeroom - mostly unused furniture or appliances etc. We rarely access this section, so there are basically no other tenants in the building.
The apartment is 2 floors. Downstairs is kitchen, living room, and a modern unit bath. 2 bedrooms upstairs.
There is no parking on the property itself, but there is a paid parking lot across the street (common in Japan - even in rural areas).
The unit is semi-furnished. Some items (including refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, and basic furniture) are currently in the apartment. However, please note these are provided 'as-is'; the landlord does not provide maintenance or replacement for these items. Please inquire for the detailed furniture policy/conditions.
Internet can be made available upon request (a few weeks reconnection time may be required).
Rent is 70,000 yen/month plus utilities. Requires a 1-month fully refundable deposit. No key money or guarantor needed. We are happy to rent on a monthly basis or yearly contract.
