We like to keep things fairly quiet down here, so NO super loud bands, loud power tools or constant loud phone calls. We've also had issues in the past with people using smelly toxic chemicals as part of their work, so we don't allow anything that throws off serious fumes. We are also not big on a ton of client traffic or frequent tenant visitors.
