This is a collection of United States Postal Service Commemorative Stamps books. I am selling them individually at the approximate face value or a little above face value of the stamps in the book. The actual value of each book is higher. This was my FILs collection and he was fastidious about completing the books and keeping them in very good condition over the past 40 years. He also has added newspaper clippings relevant to some of the stamps. The books individually are as follows:
