$1,750 Modern Tiny Home in Soquel Mountains (soquel)

We are renting out our tiny home and are looking for the right person to call it home! We’re in the Soquel mountains, but only about a 10-15-minute drive to town.
THE SPACE & RENT
• Rent: $1,750/month including utilities. Available now. Unit will be month to month to start and a security deposit will be required. A longer lease can be signed if everyone is feeling like it's a great fit. We are also open to a partial rent trade in exchange for some babysitting or housecleaning (totally optional, not required at all!).
• The Layout: Completely standalone home with no shared walls. Unit is close to our house but completely separate. Tiny home has a large closet area, loft, full kitchen and bathroom.
• Pets: Small pets will be considered.
THE VIBE & THINGS TO KNOW
We want to be completely upfront so it’s a great match for everyone:
• We’re a family with two young kids living in the main house nearby. While your unit is totally private, you will definitely hear daytime/early evening kid noise and playing outside. Being genuinely kid-friendly is a must! Our kids are used to having a tenant live in the space and will not bother you when you are home, but their trampoline is close to the unit and they can be loud- both nice and not so nice noises (laughter and crying)! lol
• Guests: Since it’s a small space close to our main family home, overnight guests need to be on a very occasional basis only. Single occupant only.
• Mountain Living: Power goes out occasionally and mountain living means being a little flexible when nature does its thing.
