I think these quite possibly are Louie Weston but not 100% certain, they match a listing exactly that I have found online that the style of the glass and etched design are identical but the cordials were much shorter in height.

Clear glass is etched and ribbed texture
Height: 6"
Diameter at the rim: 2.5"
Dimeter at the base: 2.5"
There is a small chip on the rim of one of the glasses (picture #8 within blue circle), the rest of the rims and all the bases are in excellent condition, with no chips, no cracks, no sign of wear.
Here is a listing for these exact same cordial glasses - set of (4) as I have for originally $119.99 reduced to $83.99 plus shipping!
I am selling this set of (4) for $40.00 firm (as mentioned the same exact glasses are online for $83.99!).
