Unfurnished Bedroom with large window in two-story 4-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home in Solana Beach (month to month, includes all utilities, wireless internet, and full access to the house). The bedroom is
- 12’ x 11’ with additional 5'-long x 26"-wide closet space and 5' x 5' window
Walls are off white. Large, bright shared bathroom (always clean) with double vanity, 3 towel racks, 3 robe hooks, 3 storage areas, plus additional storage in hallway for towels and bedding. 1/2 bath is on first floor.
We are on Santa Dominga in Solana Beach, a really safe neighborhood, and are within walking or running distance of the San Elijo Lagoon, which has lots of trails. A fitness center and the Lomas Santa Fe exit on 5 are just a few minutes away, and the beach (Fletcher Cove) is a 6-minute drive (less than 2 miles) and Del Mar is just a few more minutes.
We keep the common areas neat and clean, but we are not clean freaks. The back of the house is almost all glass doors or windows and faces out over the San Elijo Lagoon, the ocean (between Solana Beach and Cardiff) and the Cardiff foothills/to the west, and Encinitas and the San Jacinto mountains to the north; it's a panoramic view and it's fantastic.
It's a four-bedroom house. Current roommates are software engineers; the roommate in the master suite has his own bath. We're active, easy going, laid back, respectful, and don't bring the party home, unless we agree on it. Vibe is drama free and professional.
Parking is available on street for your car. It a super safe and peaceful neighborhood.
Washer and dryer are in garage. References from former and current roomies are available, if you wish.
