This opportunity is suitable for a mid-level or senior developer with strong technical skills, professional communication abilities, and availability for online meetings.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop, maintain, and improve software applications according to agreed project requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions, project planning, and client meetings.
- Work collaboratively on assigned development tasks.
- Communicate progress, questions, and technical challenges clearly.
- Complete agreed deliverables within established timelines.
**Technical Requirements**
Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Full-Stack Development
- Frontend Development
- Backend Development
- AI and Automation
- DevOps
- Cloud Engineering
Experience in all listed areas is not required.
**Qualifications**
- Mid-level to senior-level software development experience.
- Fluent Brazilian Portuguese communication skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Comfortable participating in live technical discussions and professional interviews under your own identity.
- Reliable communication and flexible availability for scheduled remote meetings.
- Ability to work independently and follow project requirements.
**Location**
Remote collaboration.
Applicants based in Brazil are preferred. Qualified applicants from other countries are also welcome if they meet the communication requirements.
**Contract and Compensation**
This is an independent, project-based contract opportunity.
Compensation is based on revenue sharing, generally ranging from 10% to 20% of project revenue for projects to which the contractor contributes.
The exact percentage, revenue calculation method, payment schedule, and scope of work will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
This opportunity does not include a guaranteed salary or minimum number of projects. Earnings depend on actual project assignments and revenue received.
