Hi! I am looking to rent a room and am specifically trying to move into a chill pad
A bit about me:
Basics: I'm a man in good shape, maintain a regular exercise routine, and keep things clean and organized. I get along with all ages, so older or younger roommates are great with me. I'm more of a people person than a recluse, but I completely respect personal space and can adapt easily.
• Music: I love playing acoustic guitar and singing. Surprisingly, no roommates have ever complained! I play classical, about 200 favorite covers, and have written around 40 original pieces. I promise I will not play too late or too early. If you're a musician, that's even cooler.
• Gaming: I really like gaming, and though I don’t have a system right now, I'm looking to buy one soon.
• Habits: I do not smoke, but I will occasionally drink. If you smoke, it doesn't bother me at all—oddly, it reminds me of my dad before he passed away many years ago, which is a good memory. I'm completely fine with any lifestyle habits you have ; I've just never liked putting smoke into my lungs.
• Pets: All animals are cool with me, but I preferably dig cats.
What I'm looking for:
• The Setup: Preferably wanting to live in a house.
• The Space: I'm hoping to get a room with my own bathroom and a private entry. I know it's rare, but if you just have a standard room available, please still contact me!
