Hi. I'm a single mother of a 2 year old little girl and I have a 1 year old cat. About to be displaced due to financial hardship and my current housemate moving out at the end of November. If I can't find someone to take over the lease by then, we will be out on the street. I was hoping that something could come of this....I don't want to move unless I absolutely have to. But I can afford up to 700 in rent. Preferred a private room. I go to school full time and I also have a life outside of school. I won't be sitting around the house all day every day.

I DO NOT TRADE SEXUAL / WEIRD FAVORS FOR ASSISTANCE SO DO NOT ASK. EMAILS IMPLYING THIS WILL RESULT IN BEING BLOCKED.

I am very neat, clean, tidy, respectful, no drugs, no alcohol, no smoke. I just stay on my grind and keep it pushing. I can't afford much rent, but once I get a steady job, I'll pay more. We just need a break.

Once again, plan A is to get someone to take over the lease HERE in Pico Rivera. Decent apt complex. Manager on site. Real chill, no major requirements. But if not, please consider giving me and my baby a place in your home. Thank you for your time.
