43-year-old single professional woman looking for a clean, quiet studio or 1-bedroom apartment within a couple of miles of Hollywood, preferably near the Hard Rock area. My budget is $1,400/month or less.
I work full-time at a car dealership near the Hard Rock Casino and would really like to keep my commute short. I’m currently using Uber to get to and from work, so location is important to me.
I’m quiet, clean, responsible, non-smoking, and respectful. I also have a 5-lb, well-trained emotional support poodle who is very quiet and house-trained.

PS A few years ago when I had posted on craigslist looking for the same situation, I got a lot of rude men requesting rude favors. I’m not really into that type of stuff just a genuine person looking for a place. 😌😊
