CRAIGSLIST DISCLAIMER: If the item is still on the site, it is still available. I will take it off when it sells. I will not respond to "Is it still available" inquires. If you have a question, ask it in your reply. I don't mind negotiating, and will often put OBO -- Or Best Offer. Please don't send a ridiculous offer like 50% of the asking price unless you have some justification to do so (be prepared to provide that justification). If you made a legitimate inquiry and I did not respond, it probably looked like spam. Do something unique like put a phone # in your response. Don't ask for my phone or address if you don't include yours. I won’t hold something posted unless you Paypal buy it now. ALL TRANSACTIONS are FTF in Simi Valley. I do not often get out to your “neck of the woods” wherever that may be, unless I indicate shipping (on your dime) or local delivery.
