⚡ OPEN DAY-SHIFT POSITIONS:
• Press Brake Operator: Experienced in setting up and operating precision Amada and Accurpress brake presses. Must be able to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances.
• Punch / Laser Setup & Operator: Experience handling machine setups, tool changes, and operating CNC AMADA turret punch or laser cutting machines.
• Spot Welder: Setup and operation of spot welding machinery for sheet metal assemblies. Attention to detail is a must.
• Grinder / Finisher: Deburring, grinding, and finishing parts to meet quality standards using hand grinders, sanders.
• General Labor (WILL TRAIN!): Entry-level shop support. No prior experience required—just a great attitude, a willingness to learn a trade, and a strong work ethic.
🕒 SCHEDULE:
• Shift: Day Shift Only
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Days: Monday through Friday (Enjoy your weekends!)

📋 WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
• For skilled roles: Prior experience with AMADA or Accurpress machinery and the ability to read manufacturing blueprints is highly preferred.
• For all roles: Dependability, punctuality, and a great team-first attitude.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and safely lift shop materials (up to 40-50 lbs).
