**Position Overview**
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This position combines front-office responsibilities with customer transportation and general office and shop upkeep. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, takes pride in keeping a clean work environment, and is comfortable assisting customers and helping with day-to-day operations.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office and shop areas.
- Transport customers to and from their homes as needed.
- Pick up and drop off customers according to the shop's schedule.
- Drive to local vendors and suppliers to pick up parts and other necessary items.
- Assist with general office duties and daily shop operations as needed.
- Help ensure the office and shop remain clean, organized, and presentable.
**Qualifications**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable driving customers and running local errands.
- Willing to assist with a variety of tasks and work as part of a team.
- Previous office, customer service, or automotive shop experience is a plus, but not required.
