Set includes:

Purchased new from La-Z-Boy. Kincaid is a La-Z-Boy company known for quality solid-wood furniture. The approximate original retail price of the complete set was around $2,000.
This is a substantial, heavy, well-built dining set. The table has solid oak construction and Kincaid’s protective Kinguard performance finish.
Measurements:
• Table: 60"W × 38"D × 30"H
• Bench: 44"W × 18"D × 19"H
• Chairs: approximately 19"W × 21"D × 38"H
• Table weight: approximately 106 lb
The set is in good used condition with normal light wear from regular household use. There are no broken pieces, holes, or deep scratches. The table is sturdy, and the chairs and bench are structurally sound. Please review all photos for the condition.
We still really like the set but need the space for new home-office furniture.

IMPORTANT PICKUP INFORMATION:
The set is located in a second-floor apartment in Simi Valley. Buyer must bring at least two capable adults, an appropriate vehicle, and any necessary moving equipment.
I can help disassemble the table if necessary, but because of a back problem, I cannot assist with carrying the furniture downstairs or loading it into the buyer’s vehicle. Buyer is fully responsible for removal and loading.
