Job Title: Janitorial / Custodial Staff
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Location: Simi Valley, CA
Schedule: Part-Time, Days & Some nights
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Professional to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, and can work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and break rooms
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
Empty trash and recycling receptacles
Refill supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
Perform routine cleaning and occasional deep-clean tasks
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Report maintenance issues or supply needs promptly
Qualifications:
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Background check may be required
