running crews across Ventura and LA County — is hiring an experienced Climbing Arborist to join our team.
If you're safe, skilled in the canopy, and take pride in clean, precise work, we want to talk to you.
What you'll do:
-Access the canopy safely and efficiently (SRT/DdRT) to perform pruning and removals on residential and commercial properties
-Make proper, species-appropriate pruning cuts to ANSI A300 standards
-Set up and execute rigging for controlled limb and section removal
-Operate and maintain chainsaws and climbing gear; keep your kit inspected and job-ready
-Work with your ground crew to hit the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction
What we're looking for:
-Proven tree-climbing experience (pruning, removals, rigging)
-Working knowledge of ANSI A300 / Z133 safe work practices
-Comfortable running a saw aloft and reading a tree before you cut
-Valid California driver's license (clean record a plus)
-ISA Certified Arborist or TCE a big plus — not required for the right climber
-Reliable, on time, drug-free, team-oriented
